The S-Video Cable is ideal for your TV, VCRs, camcorders, S-VHS video, CCTV, home theater, DSS receivers, satellite receivers, DVD players, instrumentation, and computer equipment.

S-video separates the video signal into two components: luma (brightness) and chroma (color). This separation transmits the signals through two 75 ohm coaxial cables. One cable carries the luma signal, and the other carries the chroma signal. This dual-component transmission results in a sharper image than composite video.

The connectors on both ends of the S-Video Cable are Min-DIN 4-pin male. S-video provides a clearer picture by isolating the brightness and color components, leading to improved image quality.

Please note that the S-video cable transmits only the video signal. Separate audio cables are required for audio.

Double-shielded (foil and braid) construction ensures superior protection against EMI/RFI, enhancing the cable's performance.
